SureGuide® Products

The Return SureGuide® (SG/RSG) is a high quality return tracker that operates by using the weight, tension and movement of the belt. The SureGuide® responds immediately to belt misalignment by tilting on its unique pivot design, gently guiding the conveyor belt back to centre preventing belt damage. SureGuides® suit conveyors with belt widths ranging from 450mm to 2600mm.
The Troughing SureGuide® (TSG) is a fully mechanical frame that responds to the smallest belt misalignment. The frame pivots using a unique linkage arm system that guides the conveyor belt back to centre with very little pressure exerted on the belt edge. Available in 3-roller or 5-roller systems for conveyor belt widths of 450mm - 2600mm. Heavy Duty is also available.
